Right its official I need to get myself a new pair of spectacles. To be fair to these ones i've had them for about two and a half years and they have been through the wars. I have tried superglue, didn't work. Now I am looking like Jack Duckworth with some masking tape on them.

Orbis & Canon speedlight 430 EX - on camera
Shoot through 2x white umbrellas either side, cactus AF45.

Triggered with built in 7D trigger.

It was a while ago that I took this shot but to me it was the turning point in my photography. I realised how to use strobes!!! This one's had over 2700 views on flickr so far my most hit.
